Vortex468 at the 2026 Novi Home Show
Setting up in Novi
We brought Vortex468 to the 2026 Novi Home Show, held October 9–11 at Vibe Credit Union Showplace in Novi, Michigan. Our table was at booth 1535 in the Michigan Marketplace section, near the Michigan Lottery Money Hut.
What visitors asked us
As people stopped to play, we heard questions about the rules and ideas for where the table would fit into their own lives.
How do you play Vortex468?
Many visitors asked us about the rules. In a standard two-player game, players take turns rolling marbles toward the scoring grooves. Each player gets 10 rolls, and the highest total score wins.
If you played at the show and want a refresher, or watched a round and wondered how the scoring works, our Vortex468 rules and gameplay guide walks through it.
Could this go in a basement?
Several visitors said they could picture Vortex468 in their basement. Kids loved playing it at the show, too, so the conversations were about family game rooms as well as bars.
Could we play it at our local bar?
The four visitors pictured here told us they regularly go to Parker’s Hilltop Brewery in Clarkston and would love to play Vortex468 there. It was an idea they brought to us after seeing the game at the show.
Many other visitors also said they would love to see Vortex468 at their local bar or pool hall.
Wrapping up the show
After the show, our team stopped for a meal at Szechuan Fan on Grand River Avenue in Novi. A woman promoting the restaurant had given us a pamphlet at the show.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by booth 1535 to play, ask a question, or tell us where they would like to see Vortex468 next. If there is a question we missed, send it our way.
